At Eagles (formerly known as Seahorses) Soccer, we introduce people to Jesus Christ, teach them to follow Him, and empower them as leaders through the global environment of soccer. We get to come to work every day and utilize our passion for sports to participate in God’s work in the world.
Current Openings
Youth Soccer Club Director
Lead club player experience utilizing our existing soccer and volleyball programs and grow our leagues, teams, and staff to a “medium” sized club over 2-3 years.
Network relationships in the youth space – ensure that players, families, and coaches know their opportunities in our organization. Ensure that our league and facility relationships are well maintained.
Shape the vision and future of Eagle’s ministry to club/youth athletes.
Integrate Youth Programs into the Eagle’s Ministry Pathway.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 or more years of experience in sport or ministry context
USSF B license / equivalent or higher
College Director
Lead and build our college platform around WPSL, USL2, and summer internships.
Network relationships in the university space – ensure that college coaches and athletes know their opportunities in our organization.
Shape the vision and future of Eagle’s ministry to college athletes.
Integrate College Programs into the Eagle’s Ministry Pathway.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 or more years of experience in sport or ministry context
